Instructions for Award Disbursement

Financial Requirements (for awards issued in the 2021-2022 funding cycle)

  1. All expenditures must be posted to the fund source provided (19900, 20000, 20360) as indicated on the original award letter.
  2. Awards will expire on June 1, 2023.
  3. Reimbursement requests can be submitted prior and until June 15, 2023.
  4. SFAC funds will not pay for any negative STIP charges.

Reimbursement process (for awards issued in the 2021-2022 funding cycle)

  1. Reimbursement requests must be submitted no later than June 15, 2023 for reimbursements to be posted within the fiscal year.
  2. Once funds have been expended, please submit your reimbursement request as follows:
    1. Attach the original award letter (found here)
    2. Complete the SFAC reimbursement template
    3. Submit documents to: Denise Ilarina

Process to Request Amendments

Requests to modify existing awards must be reviewed and approved by the committee.
